The times may be a-changing but the seasons come round just the same and, despite El Nio, global warming, pollution and Osama bin Laden, the snowdrops still come up, as do the daffodils and crocuses.
And the seagulls still follow the plough, as the scene above testifies. They are all hardy perennials to remind us of the rhythms of life.
