A former hospital boss has appeared in court charged with a series of finance-related offences.
Clive Robinson, 37, faces 13 charges including forgery and false accounting, dating between September 1998 and December last year.
At the time Robinson, of Huggetts Lane, Willingdon, Eastbourne, was executive director of the 50-bed Esperance Hospital in Trinity Trees, Eastbourne.
He spoke only to confirm his name, age and address on his first five-minute appearance at Eastbourne Magistrates' Court yesterday.
He was granted conditional bail and ordered to return to the court on March 25.
