A delegation of ten Sussex University students is to visit the West Bank in the Middle East during Easter.
The students' union Palestine Solidarity Society trip aims to establish links between Palestine and Britain.
They will join 200 other Europeans in events organised by Grassroots International Protection for Palestine, based in Ramallah.
During their 11-day visit, starting on March 27, the students will visit clinics, refugee camps and universities and will observe checkpoints.
They will also make a video to show on a speaking tour of Britain in the summer.
Students' union president Dan Glazebrook is among those taking part. He said: "Sussex University has a proud internationalist tradition and supported students barred from higher education in South Africa during the apartheid era."
