Businessman Toby Mishon showed real fraternal love earlier this year when he donated a kidney to help save the life of his brother Glenn.
Almost a year later, Glenn, an estate agent, is fit and well while Toby has proved his good health by gaining a black belt at kick boxing.
His sporting prowess is impressive but it's nothing compared with the kick he got out of aiding Glenn.
