How on earth can such an ugly building as that proposed for Connaught Road, Hove, be allowed?
While I agree affordable housing is badly needed, why must there be so much glass?
The building needs to blend in with the houses, school and the red- brick buildings in Church Road, not stick out like a very sore thumb.
