It costs me £3.80 for a one-mile journey by Brighton and Hove taxis, whereas you can travel on Concorde for £1 a mile.
Taxi fares are approved by the local authority.
This is yet another example of not looking after the interests of local residents.
It's time for de-regulation, some real competition and a decent service.
