I have a question for the Unison workers who went on strike in support of colleagues who face the sack over the death of John Smith: How would you feel had your child been placed for adoption and had suffered the same fate?
Very upset and angry, I suspect.
Please don't bury your heads in the sand. Unless lessons are learnt, this kind of tragedy will happen time and time again.
Our children deserve better than this - much better.
