What very good news for many people: The £1 bus fare is here to stay (August 24).
Although I have a bus pass, this fare must be of great advantage to thousands of people.
You cannot run a car any cheaper than this. The more people can be encouraged to use the buses, the more it will help keep our roads clear.
It is a good move for a very forward-looking bus company.
