Surely, the cutting of bus services in West Sussex (August 22) is an ideal opportunity for West Sussex County Council and Adur District Council to put the charge on to taxes, reinstate the services and cite this as the reason.
Given West Sussex is such a wealthy area, surely those in work and property owners can afford this.
Furthermore, this would be cheaper than purchasing and running a car.
