If an additional park-and-ride is required, it could be on the empty land at the top of Mill Road on its south side, thus keeping within the A27 corridor. The bus would quickly join the existing park-and-ride route, avoiding congestion on the A23 into Brighton. The site is readily accessible to local, A23 and A27 traffic. The RSPCA, and cricket and football teams could continue their present use of Braypool.
