Edward Goring (Letters, July 26) should get his facts straight. More people did vote for the new community stadium at Falmer than against it in the referendum. How can he be so arrogant to assume those people who chose not to vote in the referendum would have voted against the stadium? Those people were obviously neither in favour of nor against the idea.
