Thanks to the Argus (July 23), we know that pepper spray is, like CS gas, an indiscriminate weapon which can be just as dangerous to the police using it as its unfortunate victims.
The true long-term medical effects of exposure to this substance are no doubt still unknown.
Before any of the usual law-and-order-obsessed halfwits rush to condemn me as a do-gooder or whatever, they would do well to muster the few brain cells they have.
Anyone, could become a victim of this type of police assault, simply through being in the wrong place at the wrong time.
