The Mechanical Memories Museum on the seafront is one of the best bits of entertainment in Brighton.
It's good, cheap fun. However, I did not realise it was run by volunteers, not Brighton and Hove City Council, and was struggling to survive.
Why does the council not come to its rescue? Surely this is just what Brighton wants?
The £14,000 spent on those silly coloured cones in West Street would have been better spent in helping this wonderful museum to survive.
