West Blatchington made it nine wins out of nine to go 59 points clear at the top of the West Sussex League.

They fired 207-9 to beat Three Bridges III. Sunny Agnihotri made a steady 57, then Nalin smashed 54 not out from only 20 balls.

Bridges collapsed from 52-1 to 90-8, with Jig Agnihotri taking 3-15. They closed on 162-9.

Skipper Sunny Agnihotri was delighted but insisted: "I won't allow my players to relax in the forthcoming games."

Musawar made 58 of Crawley Eagles' 207 in a 99-run defeat of Blackstone, for whom Craig White took 4-34 and Gavin Williams scored 61.

Eagles might still fancy their chances of a title challenge if they can take full points from their two games in hand.

Experience was the key for Horsham III, where Barry Peay made 80 and Robin Beer 79 in their massive 264-5 as Findon III were beaten by 163 runs.

Lancing Manor matched that score with 264-8 in a 34-run success at Palmer's.

Neil Reynolds led the way with 79 as medium-fast Nick Harvey took 5-60.

A spirited Palmer's response centred on a fourth wicket stand of 120 between Nick Buckley (64) and Justin Thorne (63) but they finished on 230-8.

Steve Hartridge's unbeaten 50 saw Hove Medina in by six wickets at Brighton and Hove II, who were bowled out for 145.

Dome Mission's winning 220-8 at home to Shoreham centred on a knock of 63 from A. Buttress. Medium pacer Stuart Bareham took 3-44.

Shoreham made a slow start in reply, though Nick Colley hit 55, they never really threatened and closed on 200-8.

Chailey clinched a place in the semi finals of the Mid Sussex League's Wisdom Cup after beating Cuckfield III with just three balls to spare.

Cuckfield totalled 186 all out with Jeremy Crampton leading the way with a knock of 56 as James Hardacre (3-34) proved to be the best of the bowling.

In reply, Crampton held four catches at mid-off, taking his season's tally to 18, but Chailey reached their target with contributions from John Lister (39), Danny Andrews (28) and a crucial 17 not out by Mark Haylett.

They now meet Crawley Down who won by seven wickets against Edenbridge. Terry Standen mopped up the tail with 4-6 while Graham Standen (3-27) and Steve Barton (three catches) were also key figures as Edenbridge were dismissed for 186.

Tony Everest (53 not out), Graham Rushton (49) and Chris Pelling (40) spearheaded the successful chase.

The other semi final on July 22 will be between Horsted Keynes and Sunnyside.

Horsted Keynes won by 40 runs against Hurstpierpoint after setting a total of 254-6 which included contributions from Dave Lancaster (47), Steve Walker (45) and Ray Fuller (42 not out). Dave Parsons hit 82 not out in reply and Graham Plater added 48 but Hurstpierpoint were restricted to 214-8.

Forest Row's Neil Divall took 4-11 in eight overs but Sunnyside edged home by a single wicket thanks to a match-winning 21 not out from Scott King. Dave Harrison had earlier taken 4-5 as Row were bowled out for 80.

In division three, Brett Widdows scored 53 not out as Streat II beat Burgess Hill III by five wickets.
