I have kept the image as a screen-saver so, if I ever spot this 20-something graffiti oaf, I will be able to alert the nearest bobby on the beat to his behaviour.
I'm very pleased to see my taxes are being used on an expensive surveillance operation trying to catch people doing what in many European cities is known as art.
