It's disgusting, mental health day centre users having their 80p axed.
My husband and I went to Littlehampton the same day as the plane crash at Shoreham and couldn't get a train home so we got on a bus.
A lady sat next to me and we chatted as people from Mencap boarded.
I asked where they had come from and she said they worked on gardens all day for £5 per week.
What a pittance. Especially when, under all adversity, they are willing to go out to work, no matter how they feel.
We must see they get equal money or half wages. They are being used.
