One lucky customer is in for a big surprise at Churchill Square shopping centre in Brighton.
Managers expect to welcome the mall's 35 millionth customer over the next three days - and he or she will be showered with gifts.
Retailers including Virgin Megastore, WH Smith, Next and The Perfume Shop have put together a gift pack worth more than £700 for the lucky customer A further £1,300 in spot and competition prizes will be given away during the Surf 107.2FM Roadshow, in the Virgin Megastore from 4pm to 7pm on Thursday April 5.
Also in attendance at the Virgin Megastore will be Emma Bunton of Spice Girls fame, signing copies of her latest single.
Peter Beard, Churchill Square marketing manager, said: "We predict that the 35 millionth customer will arrive some time next week and, if we have a busy weekend, we may even reach 35 million by Monday".
