Congratulations

It was an experience I approached with some trepidation following recent bad publicity for the hospital specifically and gynaecology services for women generally.

I was treated with respect and sensitivity at both the clinic and on the ward. The staff were efficient and professional and, perhaps more importantly, warm and approachable in manner.

I felt very at ease and confident with the treatment I received.

Great efforts have been made to upgrade this service and I can only congratulate whoever is determining the changes there.

Please extend my thanks to all the staff and managers who have taken past problems seriously enough to effect real change and to have become so patient centred.
