The grounds of Roedale House flats at the corner of Roedale Road, are a disgrace.
Despite the erstwhile efforts of local councillors, the area remains filled with rubbish.
I am now considering withholding a token amount of my council tax to compensate me for the incompetence shown by both Sita and the council.
