If your report that Brighton and Hove Council intends to double the number of traffic wardens is true (January 16), then it will ensure the problems caused by illegal parking will not be reduced.
A large number of the promised wardens would be employed in Portslade alone.
However, ten times the current number of wardens would, I would have thought, been more appropriate.
