I wonder if the reason that the cycle lane laws are not being enforced is that the police are too busy trying to catch the cyclists who persist in flouting the law.
Some act dangerously by riding without lights at night and riding on the footpath and other prohibited areas.
Put your own house in order first before complaining about others.
