As someone who left Brighton for London five years ago, I am always pleased when I get a chance to return.
On my last visit I bought my usual copy of the Argus and, as I had a little more time than normal, looked through the small ads and bargain buys.
An item caught my eye and I arranged to go and see it later that afternoon.
Imagine my surprise when the person who had put the ad in turned out to be an old college chum from my Falmer days!
We renewed our friendship and have vowed not to lose contact again. Thanks to the Argus for keeping people in touch in more ways than one!
