I read with amazement about Brighton and Hove councillors Lynette Gwyn Jones and Glynn Jones shedding crocodile tears. If I plant a Buddlea in my garden, I will attract butterflies!
Similarly, council policies attract travellers.
The Home Secretary has stated existing powers are adequate to deal with illegal occupations. This can only be effective if there is the will to implement the law.
