I've seen it all - a report in this newspaper saying a group of "plonkers" are going to parade their wares through the streets of Brighton on Sunday, June 4. A police spokesman said: "We hope they don't hang about". Yes, and I hope the police lose no time taking them in hand, before the offending parts get tarred and feathered in the name of public decency.
