Is Brighton suffering a smog of selfishness or ignorance?
The air is so poisoned with car fumes, we're warned it's unsafe to cycle to work, or exercise at all.
Brighton mothers, having done the school or nursery run in their cars, worry about the massive and growing rate of child asthma on the South Coast but it is connected with car exhaust fumes.
Is a logical conclusion so hard to reconcile with personal action?
