I was unable to leave Patcham, on many occasions, because we were blocked in by the A27 on one side and the A23 on the other. This was because the byepass was delayed for umpteen years.

We need some radical ideas, such as a new byepass or a 5,000-space car park in Toads Hole

Valley funded by the NCP, where the businessmen, who drive into Brighton, alone, every morning, can park or a special car park for customers of Churchill Square, whose demand for sales is apparently endless.

There will never be a solution unless somebody decides to do something big.
