Building firm Rok has been named one of the best places to work in the UK.
Rok, which employs 46 people at its offices in North Street, Portslade, entered the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies To Work at No. 98.
It took part in the survey for the first time this year.
Employees were asked to rate the company in a series of questions on eight areas making up key components of a successful workplace.
Director Paul Wilkinson said: "Experience has shown us we perform well by recruiting people with the right attitude and creating an environment where they have a sense of ownership and worth."
