A bathroom retailer is celebrating scooping a prestigious national industry award.
Ripples, based in Crane Street, Chichester, was presented with the Marketing Award for bathrooms at the Bathrooms and Kitchens Awards.
The ceremony, hosted by TV comedian Jimmy Carr, was held at the five-star Grosvenor House Hotel, Mayfair.
Judges were impressed by a number of original sales initiatives employed by the branch since it opened just three years ago.
Ripples showroom manager Zak Reynolds said: "Regular architect and interior designer evenings ensure that this valuable group of customers are up to date with our product offering and service provision.
"It is a simple idea but one that has shown great results for us and helps us build relationships.
"It has already paid dividends with new business turning into repeat contracts."
