The accusations of nimbyism in the letter from Norma Buss (Letters, January 29) are completely unjustified.
Withdean Stadium does happen to be in my back yard but I have been equally supportive of Falmer residents' efforts to stop the stadium being put in their back yard.
All I am trying to ensure is that any home for the football club is in a location suited for such activities.
Accusations of nimbyism were predictable but the term should not be used without fully examining the facts.
It is my right and obligation as a citizen to expose any mistakes and unlawful processes that may occur.
