Lewes boss Steven King has scooped the manager-of-the-month award for December.
King's side were unbeaten in six matches during the month, including four wins on the trot.
Among them was a remarkable 5-4 triumph at home to Redbridge after the Rooks had been trailing 4-0 at one stage.
The sequence was completed by a 2-1 success at Eastbourne Borough on Boxing Day and victory over the same opposition on New Year's Day extended a winning sequence in the league to ten matches.
King said: "I see this as a team effort with my backroom staff, Gary Elphick, Jimmy Coleman and Mark Davis.
"It is also a reward for all the hard work put in which perhaps people don't see.
"Nobody would have given us a prayer at Weston-super-Mare, who had not lost at home all season, but we won 2-1, Cambridge City were flying when we beat them 3-2, we came back from 4-0 down against Redbridge and Eastbourne had won seven out of nine when we beat them on Boxing Day. It would be difficult to get a better month than that."
