I couldn't believe my eyes when collecting my son on New Year's Day - at 9.20am the mob were out.
By the mob, I mean parking wardens busy working in First Avenue, Hove.
Surely, to encourage people not to drink and drive it would have been honourable to have given them until 1pm to collect cars.
Is it maybe their activities raise too much money?
