A temporary staffing agency run by a mum-of-four has become one of only three UK companies to be ranked in the Fast Track 100 table for a third year running.

Ambition24hours, founded in 1996 by Penny Streeter, has increased sales by 72 per cent each year, from £11.6 million in 2000 to £59 million in 2003.

With offices in Bond Street, Brighton and 18 other locations, it specialises in providing temporary staff at very short notice.

Managing director Ms Streeter, who lives at Brighton Marina, said the company was the first to provide a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week service.

The Fast Track 100, sponsored by The Sunday Times, is a list of the highest-growth companies in the UK based on sales revenues.
