Chill out with a massage, jump to thumping beats, get a personal fitness plan and check your well-being at The Good Health Show this weekend.

At least 200 experts from around the country who specialise in all areas of health will be at Brighton Racecourse for the two-day event on Saturday and Sunday. Usually, the event is held at Birmingham NEC but, this year, it has come to the South Coast to help get us in good health.

Seven zones will feature free taster sessions on everything from manicures to reiki and speakers will be spreading their knowledge on all areas of health. There will also be around 50 stalls selling services and products.

DEBORAH TUCKNOTT delves behind the scenes and discovers what is on offer.

Personal trainer area.

This zone is bigger than it has been in previous years in Birmingham, suggesting how popular personal trainers are in Brighton. As many as 25 trainers will be on hand to give to fitness assessments and draw up a fitness plan for you to put into action.

Dance school.

If you think you've got two left feet, here's your chance to have a go at different styles at the dance school.

Learn the latest dances moves with influences from hip-hop street locking and jazz in the street dance class. Ideal for experienced dancers and those who enjoy bopping at parties.

If those Eighties icons amazed you with breakdancing skills, get down with the kids and have a go yourself. From top rocking and drops to floor rocks and freezes, break dance will push your body to its limit.

Get you feet working in tap classes which involve technical work and creative sequences and routines featuring blues, rhythm, jazz and theatrical tap.

Beauty centre.

Get there early for one of the most popular zones at the show and enjoy pamper taster sessions. Revitalise your skin with a facial, get beautiful hands with a manicure and let experts show you how to do eye make-up.

Health MOT.

The more serious side to the show. Experts will be on hand to check blood pressure and weight and give advice on health issues such as asthma, diabetes, sexual health issues, drugs and cancer awareness.

Chill-out zone.

Unwind with taster sessions of some relaxing complementary therapies from 50 therapists.

Among other therapies, you can unlock tense muscles with a massage or Indian head massage, Reiki practitioners will demonstrate how they can stimulate the body's healing process and cranial sacral therapists will show how they use light pressure to stimulate the body's natural corrective healing mechanisms.

You will be able to enjoy 15 minutes of which ever session you fancy.

Supertheatre.

Experts will be talking about their fields in the Supertheatre. On Saturday and Sunday, from 10.30am to 11am, find out how to Stop Dieting And Lose Weight with Alison Fewings of Weightwise Lifecoaching.

Dr Alan Stewart and Dr Maryon Stewart, of the Natural Health Advisory Service (NHAS) based in Lewes and authors of best selling book, The Natural Health Bible, will explain how you can Eat yourself beautiful! from noon to 12.30pm.

On Saturday from 12.45pm to 1.15pm Dr Milind Jani, a Brighton-based holistic GP and ayurvedic expert, will explain about holistic health and ayurvedic remedies. At the same time on Sunday, he will talk about Holistic Regime For Carcpol In Cancer. Carcpol is a proven natural treatment to help cancer sufferers.

Increase your energy, improve sleep and beat fatigue and depression with advice from Professor Basant Puri from 2.45pm to 3.30pm on Sunday only. The professor of medicine at Imperial College and a medical consultant at Hammersmith Hospital, London, is a leading world expert in nutritional medicine and author of more than 20 books.

Fitness factory.

Experts get you going with heart-pumping sessions to beating music. Join them on stage or just follow along on the floor as they take you through breath-taking brief taster sessions of body pump, body attack and body combat.

Get those muscles working as they show you how you get the most out of using a Swiss ball and see how spinning, which involves a routine on exercise bikes to music, can boost your stamina.

All these will be happening at various times throughout Saturday and Sunday but, if this is too much for you, try Pilates on Saturday and wind down with yoga on Sunday. There's no obligation to join in - you can always watch the energetic bunch from the sidelines.

Stalls and opening times.

About 50 stalls will be selling their products and services. Get everything for good health and well-being from vitamins, gems and pillows to life coaching and health food and henna tatoos.
