Second division St Francis Rangers caused the only shock in the Sussex Senior Cup as they toppled first division Pagham 4-2 after extra time.
Saints, who are in their first season as a senior club, won with goals from Tony Burnham, Mark Enticknap, Marc Whitmore and Phil Gault.
Manager Mick Jewell said: "We were the stronger and fitter side and but for a very dubious penalty right at the end we would have won it in normal time."
St Francis now play Wealden who won through 3-2 against fellow second division side Selsey thanks to 25-yard winner late on by substitute defender Matt Jones.
Hailsham had Martin Richardson sent off in the first half but still went through 3-1 in an all-first division clash with Sidlesham.
Ashley Jarvis scored twice and also missed a late penalty while Tobi Hutchinson got the other.
Dominic Clarke scored the only goal as Westfield won at Wick, Paul Otway hit an extra time winner as Crawley Down saw off Mile Oak, Broadbridge Heath crushed Pease Pottage 4-0 while Scott Allison struck the winner as Seaford came from behind to beat Midhurst and Easebourne.
