Albion Reserves survived a first-half shock to lift the Roy Hayden Trophy.
Goals from Dan Beck, Gary Hart and Nathan Jones secured a 3-1 win for the Sussex Senior Cup holders at County League champions Chichester City United.
Albion were given a scare after 24 minutes when experienced striker Roger Moore fired Chi ahead, capitalising on a poor clearance by keeper Chris May.
Beck levelled from ten yards after 36 minutes, Jake Robinson creating the opening with a fine run and pullback from the right.
A move involving Robinson, Beck, Jones and David Lee ended with Hart's turn and 15-yard shot, putting Albion ahead a minute from half-time.
Chi had optimistic penalty claims turned down when goalkeeper May did just enough to thwart highly-rated teenage striker Scott Murfin.
However, Albion almost went further ahead when Dean Hammond drilled just wide following a move started by Robinson in his own half.
It was 3-1 after 83 minutes, as Jones crashed home a near post shot from ten yards on a forward raid from left-back.
Robinson, Hart and Jones, who all featured as substitutes for the first team on Tuesday against Plymouth, each played 90 minutes.
Albion Reserves: C May; S May (Piper, 64), Jones, Hinshelwood, El-Abd, Budd, Beck, Hammond, Hart, Robinson, Lee. Unused subs: B Watson, G Elphick, Martin.
