Is it just me or is anyone else in Brighton fed up with the disruption the Pride festival brings?
While I appreciate each to their own, I don't need a reminder shoved down my throat every year.
Why don't we celebrate pride in being heterosexual?
Because the fact is, no matter how much they try to convince us otherwise, heterosexuality is still considered the norm among the majority and therefore wouldn't have the same shock factor.
I've lived in Brighton all my life and am bringing my children up here.
However, on this day every year, I avoid my home town like the plague.
