Has anybody else noticed how rude bus drivers are to children? We are both twelve and have to get buses regularly to lots of different places such as the city centre and Hangleton.
On the routes we take there is always at least one bus driver who seems to have a problem with children getting on their bus.
They seem to think that if they allow children to sit upstairs they will vandalise the bus. This often means that on a double decker the lower deck is full and the top deck is empty.
They also seem to think it's all right to be rude to anyone under 18 just because they're young.
Sometimes, they try to intimidate you and make you get off without a good reason, sometimes in a place that you have never been to before.
One driver who is often on the school route has been very rude and at least three parents have complained about him.
We are very well-behaved and polite and so are all our friends and we would never cause trouble on a bus.
We wish bus drivers would treat us as individuals not just as part of a noisy gang.
