Arriving home from work, I was upset to find two of a well-established group of trees lining our road butchered. We are left with two ugly 20ft stumps.
Having lived here for 17 years I am very disappointed that Adur District Council did not have the courtesy to inform residents before taking such extreme measures.
Do these trees no longer have a valued place in the community?
