I would like to thank everyone who sponsored my charity walk from Burgess Hill to Cardinal Newman School in Hove in memory of my late mother and father.
Particularly, I would like to thank Father Martin who chose the charity, The Emmaus Homeless Communities, for me to walk in aid of.
I would also like to thank gym members, instructors and swimming teachers at the Triangle Sports Centre in Burgess Hill, my fitness league teacher, Sarah Price, and the congregation at St Paul's Catholic Church, Haywards Heath and St Wilfrid's, Burgess Hill.
Needless to say I also thanks my family for their support, along with school friends from Convent of the Sacred Heart and the Reverend Mother Faber.
Many others who gave guidance include the Marlets manager Chris Goldfinch, staff at Barclays Bank, Burgess Hill, Bob Davis at adult education and Weight Watchers in Burgess Hill.
All have contributed to the success of my efforts in collecting more than £740 and a cheque for this amount will be handed to the Emmaus Organisation's secretary, Cherry Mares.
