Critics of the Falmer Stadium concerned about traffic chaos should have been at Cardiff for the play-off final to see a stadium void of any local parking problems with the use of a very efficient park and ride.
Supporters were directed to a car park and bused into the city and vice versa when the match had finished.
The Falmer Stadium would pose no parking problems if the Cardiff scheme was adopted.
The basis of a scheme is in use for Withdean and is very successful.
And the Cardiff stadium holds 70,000 where Falmer will only hold 25,000.
