What happened to the will to achieve? I read that students in two schools in Brighton are being offered cash to get better results (The Argus, May 19).
Has it really come to this? What about all the other students who work hard and will not be entitled to any money?
It seems to me that all the Government is concerned about is the figures and not about individual causes of low performance.
