Halo Graphics, one of the country's leading digital print specialists, has appointed Paul McGlone as managing director.
Mr McGlone joins the Burgess Hill company from manufacturers The Kleenkut Group, where he helped improve performance dramatically.
Halo chairman Peter Low said: "Paul brings with him a wealth of business experience, both in terms of technology and related industry knowledge."
Halo Graphics specialises in producing vinyl liveries and graphics for the rail, road, retail and outdoor advertising industries.
