A man has been charged with murder after the discovery of the body of a Latvian man at a flat in Bognor.
Sengitas Barchas , 30, of Albert Road, Bognor, was appearing before Chichester magistrates today.
Ambulance crews discovered the body of a 41-year-old man when they were called to Hawthorn Road at 3.20pm, on Sunday.
A post-mortem examination revealed he had suffered head injuries.
Police today appealed for witnesses.
