I read Councillor Gill Mitchell's diatribe on traffic and parking with incredulity (Letters, November 21).
Everybody who has to use the roads in Brighton is aware of two things.
The first is the vast increase in congestion in recent years and the second is the total lack of any form of human compassion in Brighton and Hove City Council and NCP's income generation scheme.
If Coun Mitchell really believes congestion has been greatly reduced since her autophobic comrades took over control of parking, she should immediately be provided with professional help to help her resolve these delusions.
