Stunned boss Francis Vines was devastated after Crawley Town suffered their worst result of the season at Hinckley United.

It was a baptism of fire for 19-year-old on loan Arsenal goalkeeper Craig Holloway who has joined the Reds for a month.

Vines said: "I'm pleased to get someone of his background on board. He is the fifth choice keeper at Arsenal and the goals were not his fault.

"Our defence was nowhere in sight to close down their attacks.''

Holloway made his debut in place of James Anderson, the Reds' reserve team keeper who has been called upon for the last two games following an injury to first choice custodian Andy Little.

Striker Charlie MacDonald looked in sharp form in his first league start since August and went close to scoring before Hinckley took the lead.

David Sadler opened the scoring for Hinckley on 21 minutes and Jamie Lenton doubled their lead from the penalty spot after a controversial decision following a tackle on Justin Jenkins after 37 minutes.

Shaun Murray struck in the 86th minute to make it 3-0 while Scott Voice headed in a 90th minute fourth goal, ending Crawley's 14-game unbeaten run in league matches.
