Can anyone explain to me the benefit of a pensioner having a book to draw their money from a post office and having a card with a pin number to do the same thing?

We still have to queue and still have to go to the counter to put in a pin number.

But most of all, it has to be a specific post office. Where is the benefit to the pensioner? There is none. Is this just to keep people in work?

No wonder the false figures show employment is down. Who is the brain who thought this one up?
