A man suffered serious injuries in a hit-and-run accident in Crawley.
The 38-year-old pedestrian was hit by a car in Ifield Avenue on Friday at about 2.45pm and was taken to hospital.
The driver of the car, believed to be a red Datsun or Nissan, did not stop.
