Keep Sussex Skating (KSS) attended the council meeting where it was decided to redevelop Black Rock.
What a triumph it will be, after all the years of waiting, for Brighton to reclaim the title of ice skating capital of the south.
The resulting lifestyle of sports, culture and corporate enterprise will provide a new page in the history of our city.
