The Adur district's first fish festival takes place on October 11.
It has been organised by fisheries manager David Guy and Shoreham town centre co-ordinator David Steadman to promote the local fishing industry.
The festival is taking place in a marquee on Coronation Green from 9am to 4pm. A farmers' market will also take place.
Activities include cooking demonstrations and an oyster bar.
