Shop workers were threatened with a kitchen knife during a daylight raid.
Three young men entered the Alldays store in Boxgrove Parade, Goring, and took alcohol and cigarettes.
One of them used a knife to intimidate staff before all three made off, at about 5.30pm on Monday.
Police recovered the knife near the store.
The male who had the knife was described as white with dark clothing and aged 18 to 22.
His accomplices were both white. One was slim, aged from 12 to 16, with a short-sleeve shirt and a baseball cap and the other wore a hooded top.
